Unable to play Manager Mode matches

My game seems to crash and close itself when I try to play a manager mode match. The game gets closed right after the cut scene before the ball kickoff. 
I can't even play the pre-match training session. Same in the case of Tournaments :(

There doesn't seem to be any problem when I play clubs or Kick off.

I tried reinstalling the game, but the issue persists 😭

Please help, I've been at this for hours 😭
