"Unable to process your request" error message

But you can continued doing sbc and spending coins/money but can’t play a game you’ve paid for because a game mode they created means you play games thick and fast. Well done EA! Absolute *******s

This solution simply highlights how broken and disrespectful the game is. The first thing you do is attack the players, accusing them of bot-like actions, even though we've all stated that the issue occurs when we win a match—whether it's fully played or the opponent leaves. Why would I fortify a match I’m already winning? And if the game has already decided that the match won’t count due to past negative actions, then why allow me to start a new one in the first place?

So please remove the "Solved" status and work with the community to eliminate these broken rules from the game.

It's crazy. I played against a classic speed boost low driven merchant and was down 4-1 then I retaliated and in the 90th managed to make it 5-4. Then the game ends and this appears. I am really sorry for those guys who are going to buy the next game this is beyond disrespevtful towards customers. Oh and please EA don't forget to give to your streamers employees who look like actual rats the best rewards while I get Vially Lampard and Scholes.

THEY BANNED ME ON 20 JULY 2025, I AIN'T EVEN PLAYING THE GAME DURING ON THAT DATE FOR WEEKS I DIDN'T PLAY.

AND NOW I'M BACK WANNA SEE HOW **bleep** THIS GAME IS AT NOW..  AND THEN BOOM, I CAN'T ENTER ULTIMATE TEAM, I'M BANNED PERMANENTLY FOR PLAYING CLEAN WITH NO CHEATS, NO HACKS IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.

GG EA, I WILL NEVER BUY YOUR GAMES EVER AGAIN.

Are we able to get compensation for this because it has just happened to me?

This is a ridiculous answer.  Same problem exists in FC26.  I'm not a bot.  Just been playing the game most of the weekend.  I guess EA doesn't really want people excited and playing the game.  Both in Squad Battles and in Rivals games, I've had no network issues and then "BANG" this error pops up, kicks me out of the game, robs me of the coins, points and progress for objectives.  Then when I load the game back up, they have the nerve to give me a message saying that a DNQ will negatively affect my gaming and reduce my coins per game, etc.

During the first short week of squad battles, I lost credit for 4 out of 16 games.

Come on EA.  You can do better! 

How does playing the game result in a ban? just had that happen to me after a close game on a streak. also im not banned in any way but still got that error message. fix your **bleep**. small indie company
