Unable to Start a Match in Ultimate Team

When I try to play any match in ultimate team it's either it's stuck on the starting match screen, finding opponents or just randomly loses connectivity in a match. Rush is especially almost impossible for me to actually play cause it almost never goes through to a match. I had to bring this here cause it keeps getting worse, to the point where it takes me thirty minutes to an hour to find a match and then lose connectivity randomly.

Please help.
