I found out that I was banned with an e-mail that I cheated even though I never cheated, and you either did not solve my friends who had this problem in the forum or you did it too late. if this is not solved soon, this is a clear usurpation of my labor. I have ongoing sbc and I am worried that my ban will not be unbanned. solve people's problems.

Happened to me on battlefield. Appealed and they send a prewritten response denying the appeal with no explanation of how I was cheating. 15 years of playing and I cant get a response from a human as to why I was permanently banned in the middle of a random match. Crazy.
