UT Rivals match incomplete due to opponent’s connection problems

In the last Rivals match (the last before promotion to the upper division!!!). I was down 2:4 (from 0:4) in the first half and the match quit due to my opponent’s connection troubles. The match has been counted as my loss??!! Wtf means that? My opponent was [REMOVED] and match played 23rd April after 6:00 UTC+1. Is it possible to check and make some correction?

Hello. I had to remove the player ID from your post. This is against our rule regarding "naming and shaming".

Unfortunately, we're not able to modify records. If you continue to disconnect, let us know and we'll go through some connection troubleshooting. Thanks!

Sorry for breaking the rules and thank you for your reply, but it’s really not helpful. Is this something new in the game? Why should I be penalised when I didn’t make anything wrong? When there are connection problems on my side the game is counted as loss, even if I lead 5:0. When it’s a draw and the player disconnects in the 90th minute after fouling me in the box and receiving a red card it’s counted as no score to me and players on loan has 1 match less. So from now every match, in which my opponent lefts in the moment when he leads, will be counted as my loss??
