Web/ App Companion access

Hi there,

I’ve downloaded the trial version of EAFC25 for PS5 directly from the PS Store. After logging into the game many times and playing normally, I can’t seem to be able to access both web companion and companion app. I have contacted the support twice already with no luck.

has anyone gone through the same and managed to sort this out?
