you lost your connection to the opponent

Hello. I ve installed the game fc 25 game today and i have not been able to play rivals or any onlyne game mode because i keep getting the error " you lost your connection to the opponent". i have restarted my pc and reinstalled the game but still no fix.

Anyone got any fix for this issue?
