Gameplay Lag & Unclaimable Pack

I have FC24 on PC/Steam.i am unable to claim a free gold pack in store . This also makes me not open any other pack . Also after this , my game has started lagging. No resolve from the last 24 hrs. Please help.

    Hey Folks,

    Thanks for letting us know. This is definitely on our radar! We've received a few reports on this and have a main thread live here: Can’t claim to pack. We'll update that thread when we have news to share. I'll close this out here in the meantime.

    Hello! Our game teams have been informed about this issue. Please feel free to share your details and follow further updates in our main thread here. Just to make sure, is this issue only affecting the FC 24 game in this case, or do you own FC 25 as well?
