I've just seen some posts on social media about this, with some users being given the pack for a second time, while some didn't get it at all due to said glitch. I wasn't a victim of said glitch and got my original pack no problem, so no complaints here about that; however, I do and will have complaints if some users are being given a second pack and I don't get a second one. The same goes for the Backline Boss evolution last week.
You can't be cherry-picking users to compensate and users to not compensate, while erroneously compensating the wrong users, and then not compensate those who didn't receive a second pack. So, the only solution as I see it is to:
- Give everyone who fell victim to the glitch two of the 90x5 packs;
- Give everyone who has received a second of the 90x5 pack in error nothing; and
- Give everyone who didn't fall victim to the glitch and didn't receive a second pack in error, a second of the 90x5 pack.
This ensures that everyone who completed the objective and everyone who was thwarted by the glitch get the same rewards. Any other course of action is unfair.
