Blocked by mistake. PLS HELP

Hello everyone. On March 1st, I was banned for allegedly distributing coins. But I was not distributing coins, nor was I buying or selling. I was just playing the game on the transfer market. I was buying players cheaply and selling them expensively. The support team responded according to the template that I had broken the rules and that was it. No one wanted to meet me halfway and solve my problem. For some reason, they didn't even want to listen. But I really wasn't doing anything illegal. I love this game specifically for the transfer market and now I'm banned.

Please tell me how to get through to EA and ask them to consider my problem personally, because I 100% did not break the rules.

I can explain every action I take on the market. I am an ordinary player, not a violator!

    I'm sorry, but we can't look into this for you. It's as our forum blog 'What EA staff here can help with' shares;

    We can’t handle bans or appeals here. Please don't ask us to remove or review bans as it's not something we can take any action on.

    EA_cuervo is correct, you need to reconnect with the Terms of Service team if you feel there's been a mix-up with a ban. They only operate through email - there is no other way to get help with ban cases, and there is no other way to speak to them about it. 

    As we can't investigate this on the forums and as there is no new information we can share, I'll close this thread off here. Please follow the advice we've already shared to get help with ban cases.

    I have written there many times, I get the same answer. According to the template. I need to talk to a real assistant, because they don't want to listen to me. But I really didn't break the rules.

    Please give me a chance to talk to a real person about my ban. I guarantee that I was not involved in selling and buying coins. Just playing on the market. I really like the transfer market and I am not bad at it. But I got banned.

    All the ban disputes are reviewed and investigated independently. If you would like to contact EA Help Support, you can do so by following the steps here: How to get help with your EA Account. However, they won't be able to review your account ban.

    And who can reconsider the decision? The support has already stopped answering me. I 100% did not break the rules, I am an honest player. In fact, I was blocked simply for trading on the transfer market. I paid money for the game, I donated to Maradona and they just banned me, this is not normal

  • Regretfully this appears to be a common occurrence among many people who are unaware that this was the first time the company had been involved with such large scale operations in its own time and the company was not only the first company in history to be involved with this kind of operation but the second time it was also involved in this particular operation therefore  it is hoped that this operation will cease and innocent people will be able to return to the game and be able to play again without any problems.

    Can you help the community with loan packs? I get disconnected when opening loan pack which i got inside another pack. Im not alone about this
