Issue with Opening a Pack in FIFA Ultimate Team

Dear EA Support,&nbsp;I am experiencing an issue in FIFA Ultimate Team on Xbox. Whenever I try to open the card.desc.FreeGoldPack, I get logged out of my account (Gamertag: RandomTitan4647). I have already tried restarting the game and my console, but the problem persists.&nbsp;Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
