Can’t open loan pack!

I got a loan pack today at 17:00 swedish time, and i can’t open it. Just says ”can’t connect to UT servers”. This is super annoying and it doesnt work on web app nor companion app. I play on ps5. Ps...

Same just happened to my account. Hopefully they resolve this bug ASAP.
