Didn't get compensated

I got disconnected on the last game of fut champs for la liga champs obj of 15 games played and so i couldn't get the rewards but then found out that they compensated for that and yet I still don't have compensation. Honestly just demoralizing to find out there is hope only for it to be taken away constantly by EA. I reported a ticket and yet they responded with that they dont see the missing content/rewards well yeah cause you haven't given it to me.
