DNF bug

How do I stop getting DNFS in ultimate team it's happening after every game I can't evo/play friendlies and I'm not wasting my time playing rivals/champs to DNF again :/

    Same here , it’s been happening all night and morning , in every game mode , I’m not getting anything from playing , how do I fix it
