FC 26 Pre-order rewards in EAS FC 25

I pre ordered FC 26 for Xbox series X on August 24th and I’m still yet to receive my fc 25 Evo and player pick, it says on my games and apps that I have it but the evo or the player pick haven’t shown up in my fc25, any help would be appreciated

    Hey there. These bonus rewards are granted after some time. Please be patient and restart your console. Additionally, log out and then sign back into your account to help synchronise it. If you have multiple accounts, please verify that you log in with the correct profile.
