FC Pro Twitch Drops

Hello! I need help with my twitch drops.
I watched the stream (FC Pro Open livestreams from EA on Twitch), they gave me drops (screenshot), but in the game, nothing was updated in the tasks, the packs were not given either. I have only one EA acc and it's connected in twitch.
