Glitch stops me from Winning games after thousands spent in pack store

I need help with this that Glitch stops me from Winning games after thousands of dollars spent on the game , i cant enjoy it.  This gray screen pops up at VERY SPECIFIC moments of the game. When i am about to score or when my oppoent is about to score. It only pops up so I can lose . Help because I am going crazy!
