Help with connecting to UT servers

long story short, whole neighborhood suffer power outage, then unable to access UT ever since. It was fine before. It's been two days and I cant seem to have a workaround.

Reset my router, re-configure and nada. Able to play Pro Clubs and other games such as COD and Apex. Just can't enter Ultimate Team.

This is not taken during peak hours/content time.

Any help/advise is appreciated.
