I haven’t gotten fc26 pre order rewards

I pre ordered the game about an hour before the deadline on my phone while I was signed into the correct account I use on my ps5. It has been 3 days and I haven’t been sent the rewards, how long do they take to get to my account? And what can I do if they don’t arrive.
