I need help with my strike force evo

Hi guys, i want to ask if anyone knows how i can fix my cunha stike force evo becuase my low driven doesnt active in game and it shows as if i dont even have low driven playstyle plus. I payed 1000fc points for this evo and now it doesnt even work. Does anyone know how i can get help from a real ea employee?
