Kick people faster in rush. And ban them from mode

No matter good or bad rush is there is to many AFK people

3 mins to kick a player, by then you are 6-0 down

these people need to be banned from the mode. They ruin the game for all playing with them. Why would you allow people to ruin other people’s fun with no consequences. I assume it’s because you are afraid of losing out on FC point sales if they can’t play a single mode. 
thus isn’t the way to control the game. As I know I would play more if out of 5 games I get 4 games of losses due to 1 or more players standing around doing nothing

you could try implementing a heat map and kick them after 30 seconds if all they have done is stood still or rubber banded to off the pitch. 

please make it more enjoyable for the people who want to play
