Lags with good ping and fps

So I have like 200 hours and I didn't have a single problem with game-play, but now i cannot play a game without lag. 

I have very good PC with 250 fps and 25 ping max, but my game is lagging for some reason. I dont know why and I tried every possible solution and it DOES NOT WORK AT ALL.

Anyone knows how to fix that? :)
