Level 40 reward gave me Firmino instead of allowing me to pick my reward

After hours of grinding for the level 40 icon pick, when I went to choose my level 40 reward, the game gave me Firmino automatically without giving me the option to choose between Firmino, the 87x10 ...

Same problem here. 

Got it recorded so EA can see the bug and fix this.

And no, i wasn't spamming the X button.
