They post the probabilities and they are the same for all accounts.
Did you read what I wrote? It’s right there: "I clearly specified that I was not referring to store packs that clearly show the probability of getting a certain type of card". Also: "It’s more than likely we all see the same chance of getting a promo walkout but it seems the highest rated promo cards are given out fairly". I’d really like you tell me the chances of me packing 98 Cruyff or Eusebio are exactly the same as packing 94 Mukiele or Kobel. And specifically me not "everyone" by your definition
