Missing players

Question

I opened a 90+ Premium Immortals pack, and it just didn’t contain an immortals player. I spoke to someone on live chat and they said it was passed onto higher up employees and to post my issue here&nbsp;

Hey slush3817 Has someone from the team checked your pack history to confirm what items you have received? They should be able to give you a list of packed items. Can you name any other items you received in that pack?&nbsp;
