My Account Was Banned For NO REASONS and I didn't get any reply after 7 days
7days ago my account was banned for no reasons. Actually I'm a XSX player and last week I bought a new computer thus I bought FC25 on PC. It first surprised me cauz game on PC was more fluent and I played 1 sqb and 1 dr (2-6 L) game.
Then the next day I got an e-mail said that I cheated and I couldn't log in both XSX and PC platforms. I wrote a case but till now it's still in progress and that's 7 days.
Since 24FUT birthday week till last week I've purchased over 130K green points and I never cheated or ask anyone to co-op with me for rewards. After 1400hs game I need EA TO GIVE MY ACCOUNT BACK AND REFUND THEY OWE ME ASAP.
The evidence is attached, as a Chinese player I have to overcome the network stuff and spend more for playing the game with friends all over the world and EA REALLY MAKE ME DISAPPOINTED. Perhaps this company just have a discrimination for Asian players and u couldn't get a fair result no matter how many money or time and sweat you paid them.
