My pre order rewards - for ea fc 25 ultimate edition

I’ve complained about this 10 **bleep**ing times about my missing 93+ icon pick and 99 evolution  for my Nintendo switch ultimate edition for ea fc 26 I’ve purchased it on 16 July 2025 and I waited patiently 24 hours and a whole week your team told me to write a forum page everytime with no update about me problem , I’ve wrote like three now this one is probably my fourth complaint , this happens to me last year I had to wait 2 months and 2 weeks last year and know it’s well been over a month I’ve received nothing about my problem , there is no resume button to carry on with my problem, there is no live chat button to talk to someone I’ve started to get fed up . I would deeply wouldn’t like this when it happens again after I pre order next years game. For this issue happens twice now I would like a full compensation of my 99 shooting evo for my Nintendo switch account , a futties bale for my Nintendo switch account and a 93 icon pick as my compensation .
