I have bought fc26 ultimate edition as pre order 4 days ago and still haven’t received the items which included on my purchased which are Early bird 99 SHO and pick player icon for Fc25

can I at least have them before the fut champions today??? The game will be ended soon. It’s unfair EA!!!
