Not aloud to win in friendliest, game against me

Every time I play a friendly match my game goes to pot

my team won’t pass, my team refuses to tackle, my team refuses to defend and my AI goes on holiday.

i can play champs/rivals without an issue. I use the same team in friendlies and the team forgets they are footballers.

even down to pure speed. A 97 Rooney leaves my 98 mendy for dust, but my 99 speed putellas can’t outrun nobody on or off the ball, it’s the same as my 99 Alex Scott. The same card but their version left mine for dead, if I had the ball or not. 
something like that shows the game is broken. And why the game feels it’s fixed for certain players to win

i also had a cut back, their AI put 2 people to block the shock before my player on a first time shot decided to take a touch, have a cuppa to allow the AI to get into position, one slid in also, mine, the players moved away from the attacker when it was done against me. 

im getting delays on everything, except I’m hardwired to my ps5, including my controller on super low ping at 3-8. And my score is 99/100 or something for game connection quality.

i wanna know how i can make my players faster, and my AI better, because clearly im missing something on this game that everybody else has got running

    Friendlies is matched more evenly by form and doesn’t reset. Also if you quit matches it won’t drop your form in friendlies. So you are likely getting harder opponents. I imagine a lot quit in friendlies without knowing they changed it this year.

    I don’t quit friendlies very often. I am finding the gameplay very bad and very inconsistent in the friendly format over the other modes. I don’t care about losing to a player better than me, and there are plenty of them around. It’s the delays in movement, the god awful passing setting up others for easy goals etc. I could understand if I was using low rated cards but at this point most cards are above 90 in most stats. 
    I took a corner where I pulled my player over, and the pass didn’t even make 5 yards it was so soft, and because my player didn’t move the oppo run in and took it. It just feels like that the game itself is against me, forcing me to lose because of how the mechanics are for me.
