Pack Probabilities

Has anybody else noticed that they have pushed down probabilities massively? Throughout the last half of the previous season the pack probabilities were in my opinion just right. I didn't get loads of cards, but I wasn't just getting the lowest rated players possible in a pack anymore. However, I am noticing that the 84+ x 5 packs and others have started shipping the lowest rated players again. I got 3 different dreamchasers on Friday, since then I've opened multiple 84+ x 7 packs and so on, but haven't seen a single one, and I've been lucky to even get an 87 rated from these packs. I know the probabilities are low on it, but I've done every dreamchasers grind all the way through and haven't seen a dreamchaser in it. Is it just because it's the start of a new season? If feels like they purposely put lower probabilities at the start of a season, at least from what I have experienced so far. It feels a little low and not worth the grind, which is a shame to be honest.
