PL TOTS Pack luck

I’ve been opening packs during this Premier league TOTS week hoping for good players to use and put in my team. I save so many packs and do so many SBC packs hoping to get some of the best players. What happens is that I get some decent players on the first day of release but on the same day and until now I get duplicates in every pack. I don’t understand how there are so many good PL TOTS to pack but they still manage to give me the same ones instead of new ones to add into my team. I see other people with the best TOTS players but I’m just getting the same ones, isn’t that a bit unfair. So I’m hoping that EA can resolve this issue so that pack luck is fair for everyone and that I can actually get new good usable TOTS players I can put into my team.
