They wrote to me that I exceeded the maximum limit for creating UT, even though I only have one account with UT on it.

You are potentially seeing that message if your console is second-hand and the previous owner played the same game.
The device was actually used...so what's the solution?

You can continue playing with the team you have; otherwise you are looking at getting a different console that has not been used for FC previously. Thanks.
