Putellas 98 shapeshifter wrong value

I had the pleasure of packing a tradable putellas 98 shapeshifter, wanted to sell at a high price but the transfer value is capped at 30,000. This is on the Nintendo switch. It looks like it is pulling through the max value of the gold card. I got the pack seven days ago, raised with ea 5 days ago. Heard nothing since, they are useless. Anyone know what is causing the issue or what I can do.
