Request for Marcelo’s Inclusion in EA FC 25 as a FUT Icon or Hero

Dear EA Team and Community,

I would like to respectfully raise a question regarding the absence of Marcelo — the legendary left-back and former Real Madrid player — from EA FC 25. Given his remarkable achievements, including five UEFA Champions League titles and numerous domestic honors, Marcelo is widely regarded as one of the greatest left-backs in football history.

It’s quite surprising not to see him featured in any capacity within Ultimate Team, whether as an active player or a FUT Icon/Hero card. I, along with many fans, believe he deserves recognition in the game.

Could you kindly clarify if there are any plans to include him in future updates, or if there are licensing or other reasons behind his absence?
