Rivals rewards

I opened the rivals rewards in the morning and it clearly said that they could get TOTY, obviously once again it was a mistake by this scam company, now a week later I would like to know where is the EA statement explaining the error once again? Where are the compensations? The worst company I have ever seen and we are idiots for continuing to play, they only play with us, they do not care about the players who buy their **bleep** game so that they generate money.
