SBC time countdown for Martinez ended while i was doing the SBC.

As i was saying i was doing the SBC then all of a sudden it said something like 'an issue occured and you are disconnected from ultimate team' then i went back to sbc to complete it  i was on the last team too i gave all my 90 plus cards just when i was about to do the last team it kicked me out, didnt give me my cards back didnt give me the SBC Martinez... i'm married and a student at the same time so i cant spare a lot of time for this game i am really enjoying it but this put me off so bad that i dont even want to launch the game and play anymore. Been saving them cards up for months just so that i could get a proper SBC card. I dont have the money to put into this game too so i would be pleased if EA could do something about this. I couldnt send a ticket so im starting a discussion. Others who had this issue would be really appreciated if they inform me about this situation
