This is frustrating

The season finished while there was unclaimed rewards from both free and premium types (xp, players, evos, etc.) and when I opened the app it showed only part of the rewards (evos and 2 pps) which I thought it was a bug and there was a claim button so I did not click it thinking it will be solved and will show all rewards when I open the game … but even then I opened the game and I was greeted with only unassigned items and no claim options and only a few evos and pps.

there were many players and packs that I did not get and even the xp that I was saving so I get it for the next season was not also claimed and did the new pass was at level 0

The point of this post is not to get a solution but to send a message to whomever is concerned at EA FC game team:

if players who spend more than 4 hours daily on the game, playing more than 2000 matches on UT mode only, and grinding for one season after another, evoing more than 20 players with a min of 3 evos and a max of 15 evos per player, and doing thousands of SBCs to then get this much effort  and time go to waste you think they will want to play again and grind and enjoy what they were doing again?
