Transfer Market bugged?

Question

I'm having trouble unlocking my Transfer Market in FC 25. I have been playing for over two months and have completed all the required Foundation Objectives, enabled Playtime, and met all other known criteria (screenshots attached). However, my access is still restricted.

A friend on mine, who started playing after me, has already unlocked his Transfer Market (We have unlocked the same objectives and i even finished my objectives before him since i started playing before him..), which makes me wonder if this might be a bug. Could you please look into this and provide clarification?

Also, This is the only UT account in my device.

@EA ? Anything? I don't even have transfer market ingame! not just web app or companion... It's crazy! 178.4hrs and still can't get access!

I think his transfer market in general is locked not just the web app one, which i think is the one you unlock by playing more games, going by his screen shots, 178+ hours of game play + hes done the objectives it tells him to on that error dialog so something does seem off, my transfer market was unlocked 1st day playing for me (on the game not web app)

only thing I can think is to contact EA Support / Live Chat as it does look bugged, you have done what its asked you to, nobody usually has issues accessing that transfer market
