Ultimate Team Disappeared

Hi my son's ultimate team just disappeared last night. after he played a game.  I have tried the online chat but they have not been very helpful and just said well if it has gone it has gone.  Has anyone else had this? He used birthday, Christmas and pocket money to buy players and packs and it has all just gone in a blink of an eye. I am not great on these things so if anyone can suggest anything we can try I would be grateful. Thank you

    Sounds like horrific "customer" support, doesnt suprise me based on what 99% of people seem to say about EAs online support mind.

    The problem is though nobody on here can really do anything with that type of issue other than point you to EA support but you already done that so I honestly have no idea, Have you tried logging into the phone / Web app? doubt it will help but you never know I guess, might be worth a try, I know sometimes when players I bought have gone missing and are nowere to be seen on the ultimate team game,  I login to the webapp and I can assign them back to my team.

    Thank you, my son has tried that and they are not there either.  It is so frustrating as EA games just can't (or don't) want to help. I think I just keep hoping that as quickly as they all disappeared they might magically appear but it has been over night now and still nothing.

    Yeah they are not known for caring or being bothered for the main part, they forget its the customers that made them who they are, if they had this attitude back then that they do now they would never have made it in the first place regardless if the games was good.

    I wish I could help, the only way I know a whole team can be removed is if its deleted which you cant even do by mistake as you get warning dialogs etc.

    Is it the players that are missing or the whole club is gone? IE when you login do you still login to the same club and can see the stats etc but all the players are missing? or when you login is it asking you to create a club.

    He said he is left with about 4 players but not his "ultimate team" he is at school at the moment so I can ask when he gets home. Thank you for trying to help. I just thought that they would at least try to look at his account but they just were not interested and just said unless he has a photo that we can upload of his "ultimate team" to prove he had the players then there is nothing they can do.  I just never would have thought to tell him to take pictures.  I would assume they could see that if they looked. I am awful with computers and gaming so I am not much help to him.  I will ask him when he gets home and let you know, just on case you can think of anything else I can try.  I think I am of the mindset that it was a glitch of some sort and he has lost them forever but I just wanted to try everything first so at least I can say I did my best for him. Thank you

    Yeah my son also plays and I would be fuming and be doing the same, nothing worse than when its out your hands and they are upset etc.

    The only reason I asked about the players is I saw somebody else on the forum has had an issue where nearly all of his players have been "quick sold" if this is also the case for yourself not only will EA be able to see it you will also be able to send them "proof".

    The easiest way to see if this is your problem as well is if you login to the Web/Phone app and then find your way to the quick sell recovery page (its on CLUB/QUICK SELL RECOVERY) , it will list all the players ever quick sold from your club, you will be able to recover only 5 by default each 30 days but if you have all your players listed that should be enough to prove to EA and they should be able to recover them all for you.

    He has checked and there is nothing there.  I am thinking I might try contacting Microsoft as it is an Xbox he has.  See if they can help.  I doubt it but might be worth a try. Thank you though for trying to help me, I really appreciate it.  

  • It really just depends what happened. Was he hacked or banned?  Did he change accounts or delete his team.  If you unlink an account you lose all the progress. If he was hacked or a bug ea can help you. If it’s something that he did then they might not be able to recover it. 

    If you go to the ea help page it will explain more. If you think he was hacked support should try to help you with it. 

    Also check his emails see if he got any explanation.
