Where is the toty crafting compensation??

I have been blocked from ea help live chat!

We were told we would be compensated on 25th January and we are still waiting! Yes I know this is nearly over but for some of us we completed most of that SBC before it was took away! For us to only have to re do it! This set the people who aren't paid to win back! 

Now I'm blocked from live chat! Where is the help ea??
