Ability to add/change playstyles to players in career mode and in settings

there should a mode or option where a player can add or change playstyles once it reaches a max number for the slots available for the player. I’m tired of seeing my favorite players not be able to develop playstyles so their gameplay can feel better. They remain stagnant even after developing successfully in careers modes.
