Bad decisions in end of cycle with power curve

I hear you loud and clear. Spending an entire year grinding objectives and building your squad, only to see top-tier 99-rated players handed out freely right before the cycle ends, completely devalues all the effort you put in.

While these late-game rewards are intended to let everyone experience endgame squads before the reset, it often backfires by removing any remaining sense of progression. Although I can't guarantee how the end-of-season reward structures will look in the future, your frustration with how early the progression felt cut off is understandable.
