Career mode gameplay is too easy

On ultimate difficulty with CPU sliders up to 99 and passing shooting on manual it's still too easy. The years before were more difficult, FC have tried to make the gameplay more 'authentic' on Career Mode but it's just made it easier. I'm not buying FC 27 unless they sort out the career mode issues and make the gameplay more difficult or at least as difficult as the gameplay from kick-off like they did before. I'm also finding it difficult to join another big club in career mode.
