Claimed objectives but disappeared not in store

Claimed objectives for path to pro and the packs and player picks disappeared nothing in my store happened a few times with other objectives but ignored it

Same thing has happened with my last 5 levels of season track which I’ve paid for and can’t even get the packs they disappeared
