Create a player

This is now the third year that the most recent birthday you can select in create a player mode is 12-31-2005. As a result, it has gone from the ability to create a 16 year old player three years ago, to 19 being the youngest. I brought this up on multiple platforms last year, and it feels like it should've been an incredibly easy thing to fix, but obviously it wasn't addressed again. As someone who primarily uses the create a player mode to create prospects, this is extremely frustrating.

 While I'm here, a couple of other thoughts that would improve this aspect of the game.

Uploading pictures for create a player? 

Uploading/downloading players from the previous years game?

Finally, and here's where I'm unclear on the game's licensing requirements for usage of real players across multiple countries, but I have a few thoughts on the roster building. 

Why are some players, who were in the previous year's game, get removed even when they're still with the same club? (IE. Liverpool had Calum Scanlon, Jayden Danns, Kaide Gordon, and I think a few others that were in the 25 game, but are absent from 26, even though they remain at Liverpool)

How about either making creatable academy players while in Manager mode, or at least allow editing of player names/appearance/position for those auto generated players? 

Finally, and this would no doubt be the trickiest, but what about an option to download real academy players? I've heard that football manager uses real academy players, so it would seem there's precedent. Honestly, even if it was something where you had to pay a few extra dollars per team you want to do that with, it would seem an worthy endeavor, especially for the bigger European clubs.
