cutscenes and cinematics

Hello EA Support,

I am playing EA SPORTS FC 26 on my PlayStation 4.  

I noticed that in the Kick-Off mode, the new cutscenes and cinematics that were advertised for this year are not showing up for me. Instead, the game only displays the older, usual cutscenes from previous years.  

I have already updated both my console and the game to the latest version, but the issue still remains.  

Could you please check if this is a known problem, or if there is any additional content or update I need to download to enable the new cutscenes?
