In Rivals mode, I constantly encounter players two tiers above me. I've always been an elite player in other games,(fifa 22-23-24)but for the past two years, my account has been facing higher-tier opponents at lower levels. I ask my opponent, and he sends me screenshots. I'm currently in Division 4, facing opponents from Division 1. It's a pain. Rivals mode has been completely devoid of reality for the past two years. How will this be resolved?

Please fix this issue. This isn't a problem in Champions mode. I can get 10-11 wins, but I can't get above Division 4 in Rivals. This is abnormal. I've played this game in the Elite tier for years without any problems. The matchmaking system is problematic, please fix it. Someone who gets 10-11 wins in the Weekend League shouldn't be stuck in Division 4 in Rivals mode. I'm going to delete the game because of this issue.
The game is so focused on keeping me in this position. It even counts my wins as losses and kicks me out. Isn't it incredible? Some people might not believe it, but I can show you a few videos with proof. I have 50 videos like this. My internet connection is fine.
