I already solve this issue where my game delays/not sync with my friends in Club matches. For those any of you who has the same problem, try vsync 50%, fullscreen 1280 x 720, fps 60 Hz, and turn off most of the things in accessibility and visual settings menu like player shadow, stadium shadow, etc. I'm am using RTX 1650 Ti on a laptop and I've been playing well in Club matches using that settings. Also set all the graphic on low. Use ethernet connection for more stable internet connection.

I've tried many things that the forum and ChatGPT suggest, it turns out the problem was just in the accessbility setting menu. The graphic looks bad like I'm playing Fifa 17, but atleast I can play with my friends now with no issue.
