EAFC Future Suggestions.

I love all previous FIFA’s and EAFC games and have been playing them for as long as I can remember. My favourite mode is manager career mode. I love it and think it’s getting better every year but I do think there are some obvious improvements that would take the game to a whole new level and would make the fans extremely happy. 

The first I think is to bring in a section for free agent managers to be used in career mode. At the time of writing managers like Klopp, Maresca, Frank, Dyche, Rosenior, Postecoglu, Terzic, Rose, Alonso, Motta, Xavi, Zidane (to name a few off the top of my head) are all unattached at the moment. A lot of these managers are world class or very promising up and coming managers or at the very least very popular in the football community. They could also be very very fun to play as in a career mode. Also managers like Iraola and Glasner (again to a name a couple off the top of my head) are set to become free agents at the end of the season and it would be a shame to see them leave the game. I get that licensing is a potential hurdle but I think that a lot of these managers have been in the game previously or could potentially be in the future. So in summary I think when choosing a manager to use in a manager career mode, having a free agent section would be so fun and enjoyable for a lot of players to have there maybe favourite manager or someone they would like to see manage their club or just an idea for an enjoyable manager career mode.

A second idea would be to have the national team managers as usable managers in a manager career mode. There’s a lot of world class managers like tuchel, nagelsmann, pochettino, Martinez, Dechamps, Bielsa, De La Fuente, Scaloni, potter, Ancelotti, Koeman and marsch that again players and fans would enjoy playing with. I also think getting Real life faces for all leagues is a must like we’re missing out on managers like Hellberg, McKenna and Cifuentes in the championship how much fun would that be !
Again I know that licensing is a problem but people make mods that do it and EA is one of the biggest game developers in the world with EAFC being one of the biggest games in the world and definitely the biggest sport/football based game and it would mean the world to us fans and players and make the game so much more worth it and enjoyable.

 

Add a VAR cutscene like the goal line technology ones already in game.

Add national team job offers to the manager market instead of annoying email offers.

    Thanks for taking the time to share such detailed suggestions. It’s great to see that level of passion for Career Mode. 👍

    Your ideas around adding free agent managers, national team managers, and improving immersion (like VAR cutscenes and job systems) are really interesting and would definitely add more depth and realism to the mode.

    Licensing can play a role in what’s possible, but feedback like this helps highlight what the community would love to see.
