Fix manager carreer mode feedback

1. I had an interruption that said I should upgrade the contract of a player or allow him to leave. I upgraded the contract like 2 weeks ago so I am unable to upgrade the contract again. He is the 3rd highest paid player in the team currently. I cant upgrade the contract cos we negotiated recently... To get this interruption is absolutely stupid....
2. Transfer negotiations. I negotiated quite a few transfers and the suggested amounts are totally ludicrous.. I don't know where they get it from. Market value is 16m, suggested is  17,3m to 32,4m. Delegate the default is 39,7m. Seriously... what is the bloody point in these ridiculous suggestions? I could do this and within a week I get a message that the negotiation failed because my initial price was too high. The default negotiation is TWICE the price.. that is insane. I'd be lucky to get 25m so i don't know where you get the 39,7 from.. not even with added bonus. Many transfers get a lower rating etc cos of that. Fix that please...
3. My manager rating is currently 'Okay'. Objectives are: League Champion (26/34 played and leading by 10 points), win the cup (am in the final), reach the quarter final in Europe (round of 16 in the European league I started in). How on Earth am I doing ok? 
4. Add. More. Countries. Let's only take South America as example. Before we were able to scout 4 countries in South America, now only Argentina? Seriously??
5. Add jobless coaches! Sometimes you have coaches that start a season and get sacked. They are out of the game. Why?? It would be great to pick an international coach for instance and choose a club. Or a jobless coach you like and boost his/her career.
6. Only 1 coach in Germany? Seriously? Why we get Belgian League coaches but not Dutch league coaches? 
7. Negotiate contracts for the following season. As a coach I want to become Champion with my team before moving on. I tried to stall and accept a contract when no more matches where played in my country played but I don't get credited the Champion status. 
8. Player contract happiness. In FC25 you could negotiate when a player was unhappy with his contract. Now at times I get "player is not willing to break open his contract" or something along those lines. Then all of a sudden the player wants a transfer and it seems you can't do anything about it. To every week try to negotiate you burden the player, your customer.... change it. 
9. Suggest wage option. Every time I applied for a job I was asked what sort of wages I was thinking about. Add that to the game. EPL has higher wages than Serie A.. but players will always settle for less depending on the league. So add a suggestion option. In some negotiations the agent will suggest wages, most of the time they don't. Give the option at least....
10. My defensive line is set as high (90) but when I loose the ball the whole team drops back. What is the point of having a high defensive line then? No pressure is given whatsoever... 
11. Fix the marking. CPU always marks tight, your own team always has meters between. I know I can edit it in the settings... but that is not the point. even if values are set the same CPU is marking tighter than your own team. This has been broken for years.
12. Fix the strikers position. Even with a high Attacking Positioning so many time the striker can't receive the pass/through ball. it is annoying.
13. Fix speed. On highest difficulty slower CPU is always able to keep up. Very unrealistic, makes 0 sense.
14. Bring back the driven crosses.. with LB or RB on Xbox controller.. they were great at times but don't seem to work no more.
15. For player career, add request loan...
